Motorola Moto G72 was released with Helio G99 chip, 120 Hz OLED screen and 108 megapixel camera.
After releasing several official teasers, Motorola finally unveiled the new Moto G72 phone in India on Monday.
Although this new phone is in the mid-range series, it provides users with significant specifications in the field of camera and screen, so let’s take a look at the specifications of this phone as well as its price.
Specifications of Motorola Moto G72
The Moto G72 uses a 6.6-inch pOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), 10-bit color depth, and 120 Hz refresh rate. The punch-hole display also supports HDR10, DCI-P3 color gamut and touch sampling rate up to 576Hz (depending on software). It is interesting to note that this high-end screen also has a fingerprint sensor under the screen.
The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset with LPDDR4x RAM and uMCP memory and boots Android 12 with Motorola’s My UX skin. The manufacturer also promises one Android update and three years of security updates.
The phone comes with a triple camera system consisting of a 108-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The device also features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
This phone is IP52 certified and has a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast charging. The phone also comes with dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Connectivity options in Moto G72 include two SIM cards, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, NFC and USB Type-C; And the last one is the same size as this phone, which has the dimensions of 160.5 x 74.4 x 7.9 mm and its weight is 166 grams.
Motorola Moto G72 price
The Motorola Moto G72 is priced at Rs 18,999 (about US$230) for the 6GB RAM configuration along with 128GB internal storage and can be ordered in Meteorite Gray or Polar Blue colors.
